  • Reservation/Security deposit of $300 is required at booking. A check for your Reservation/Security deposit will be mailed to you several days after your stay.
  • No charge for cancellations completed 14 prior to the start of your reservation. For cancellations completed between 14 days prior and your reservation date, a fee of $500 will be charged.
  • May 15 – June 17 / $350 per night / $125 cleaning fee / min 3 night stay / Security Deposit may be required
  • June 17 – Sept 10 / $450 per night / $165 cleaning fee / min 3 night stay / Security Deposit may be required
  • Sept 10 – Oct 15 / $350 per night / $125 cleaning fee / min 3 night stay / Security Deposit may be required
